Following Harvest in Paso Robles during the 2021 Harvest.
A strong collaboration between two sister wineries allowed us to effectively manage the hectic picking and sorting times.
It was a late start in Spring, followed by good overall conditions which finally gave way to some erratic cold fronts, abruptly followed by extreme heat. This cycle repeated twice as fruit was hanging and maturing, causing alert but overall leading to bright and tense albeit well-developed fruit.
